Shipping Protection + applies to all orders with the purchase add on placed through the PoundToys website.

Customers who choose not to include Shipping Protection + with their order are not eligible for the full protection outlined in our policy.

Shipping Protection + covers the following scenarios:

1. Lost Shipments:

   • If your package is lost in transit and does not show as delivered, we will immediately replace the items or issue a full refund.

2. Damaged Items:

   • If your items arrive damaged, we will provide a replacement or refund after reviewing appropriate evidence (e.g., photographs of the damage).

3. Stolen Shipments:

Exclusions

Filing a Claim

• Shipping Protection + claims must be filed within 30 days of the order date.

• Refunds or replacements will be limited to the value of the items purchased.
